We currently ship to:

  • Selected international destinations

International shipping availability and charges may vary depending on the destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (India):

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days

International:

  • 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and order value

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (for international orders) must be borne by the customer

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking link

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • The Craftique Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claims

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details

  • The Craftique Store will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
