This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from The Craftique Store.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original packaging
📌 An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
Requests without a clear and uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless damaged or incorrect on arrival:
- Jewellery items
- Hair accessories
- Gift hampers
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
3. Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement:

- Share your Order ID, photos, and unboxing video
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund / store credit, at our discretion
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
6. Important Disclaimer
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
- Handmade products may have slight variations
- The Craftique Store reserves the right to accept or reject any return request
