This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from The Craftique Store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging

📌 An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
Requests without a clear and uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless damaged or incorrect on arrival:

  • Jewellery items
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift hampers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp: 9406630001 within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, photos, and unboxing video
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund / store credit, at our discretion

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

6. Important Disclaimer

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
  • Handmade products may have slight variations
  • The Craftique Store reserves the right to accept or reject any return request
